Banh Mi Burgers with Vietnamese style Lemongrass Pork and Sriracha Mayo
This Banh Mi burger from Hello Fresh was all kinds of interesting! Bold flavors that sort of jump out at you. I kind of enjoyed that aspect of it, but in the end, I think I’d like a little less bold. Worth trying though.

Presto Pesto Panko Chicken with Roasted Potatoes and Green Salad
This dish is the first one I’ve tried that I really didn’t like. Gail liked the chicken. I didn’t like it at all. Way too strong of a pesto flavor, but perhaps I overdid it. The potatoes were great, though!

Meatloaf Balsamico with Sweet Potato Mash and Green Beans
This meal is in Hello Fresh’s Hall of Fame, and I can see why. The meatloaf was delicious and moist. The balsamic sauce really made a tasty difference. Just make sure to adjust the amount of onions if you aren’t a big fan.

“Little Ears” Pasta (Orecchiette pasta) with Italian Pork Sausage, Broccoli, and Pesto
The Little Ears dish from Hello Fresh was super quick and easy to make. We both enjoyed this meal and will make it often.

Sliced Steak Tagliata with Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, and Tomato Vinaigrette
Neither of us are steak people, so I didn’t expect much, but I want to round out our meals. Probably won’t order this one again, although it was ok, but I’d definitely make the tomato balsamic vinaigrette for something else in the future. It was very tasty.

One-Pan Mushroom Ravioli Gratin with Crispy Parmesan Crust
The one-pan mushroom ravioli gratin was quick, easy, and extremely delicious! We devoured it and couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Plan to order this one from Hello Fresh again and again.

Crab Cakes Under a Meyer Lemon-Dressed Arugula Salad with Fingerling Potatoes and Lemon Aioli
Gail loved this dinner, and I did too. She said they were the best crab cakes she ever tasted. I’m glad she liked it because this was the most difficult dish to make so far. And the most dangerous!

Pork Carnitas Tacos
This dinner was the third we tried, and it was Gail’s favorite so far. But I had to leave the chipotle and fajita powder out, or it would have been super-hot, which Gail can’t eat. It was extremely tasty though, and definitely didn’t need the hot flavoring added.

Japanese Style Hoisin Panko Pork Cutlets with Sesame Cucumber Salad and Jasmine Rice
This was the second meal kit I tried, and I really enjoyed it. I got a little distracted so I cooked the meat a little too long, but the taste of the dish was fantastic. And the tiny little jars and bottle, and the little plastic fish thing…way too cute! You know I’m gonna save…
