Donna, I’ve never been very good at gardening, but I do understand. I’m wondering if there are tools for gardening that are made for people like you and me? Tools with smaller working heads so as not to damage the flowers. I’ll have to google that and see what I can find. For indoor use, I find the Swiffer tools most helpful for reaching places that would cause me to bend otherwise.

In reply to Dezzie. Right, I've tried using similar solutions, but it doesn't really work well because I don't have any paved areas. Seats just sink into the ground. One day, though, perhaps I'll figure out a way.

Thanks for sharing. That would be difficult. My brother made a seat on wheels for mum to scoot around the garden. It even has a small tray for her garden tools. It works cause her plants are potted and she has a small paved yard. Says she wouldn’t know where she would be without it.
