Today’s Bloganuary writing prompt is: What do people incorrectly assume about me?

That made me giggle a little. People get me wrong quite a lot. I guess I present myself in a certain way when people first meet me, and when I “drop a Donna” on them later on, they are always taken aback.

Yesterday (or was it the day before?), while my sister-in-law, Genny was Facetiming with Gail, I stepped in front of the camera and mooned Genny. She nearly died. (Genny always sees me as the serious nerd, even after all these years). I’m not sure why my antics still surprise her, but they do.

I’m sort of nerdy, sure, but I’m really goofy. That’s what most people don’t know about me. Now you do.
