Work That Jaw, Ladies!
Gail and I agree when it comes to steak. Neither of us are fond of chewy meat, so neither of us is a big fan of steak. I tried hard to keep the meat as tender as possible and sliced it very thin. But steak is steak, so it is what it is, and that means our jaws work overtime to chew it fully. The chimichurri sauce on top of it gave it an interesting flavor that I would never have considered using, so I’m glad I chose this meal kit. I want to experience other global flavors as often as possible. If this is a typical Argentine sauce, I might try other Argentine dishes in the future. I’m not saying I loved the chimichurri, but it was a nice change of pace.
